Burning bonfires and black smoke

Sent to Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council less than a minute later
Dear sir or miss i dont know if i am in the wrong department.i live in sea palling,in norfolk.
[ live a long a road called the marrams in sea palling.i am fed up with my washing smelling
of smoke,just a long from where i live there are two fields with horses these poeple
have bonfires every day on there land.its geting beyond a joke.i have asked them nicely
if they could not have so many fires they were very rude to me and told me to fxxk 0xx .i
just dont know who too ask. theres that much smoke comeing from these fields that it
covers the road in a dark mist,its even comeing in to my house.can you help me by informing the right deptment,it seams worse at the week end.theres people liveing
on these fields in camper vans,theres loud music and drink going on late in to the night ..,but these fires do go
on during the week too.its very up setting as its a lovely area too live. but i feel
these poeple who only rent the land our spoiling it for others thank you.
