Overgrown tree

Guilty tree is outside no 15 pearfield road which needs to be trimmed from its over grown branches down by its base.its causing residents cars scratches and making it difficult to park near by.

i was phoned and told that someone has been around and looked at the tree and was also told that it was a category 1 problem so it will be done,but till now no one has done anything.now its getting difficult to walk on the pavement.
