Rubbish dumped at Recreation view

Just to report some rubbish which has been dumped in one of the bi rooms between number 11 and 13 recreation view.This came from room number 9 which has just been renovated but the work dumped it as they didn't have a skip.This is appaling and an eyesore can these guys be dealt with and rubbish removed please, this can not be accepted given the good job the city council did cearing waste in this area not long ago.

problem still not sorted, council rang and promised to find out who owns the house and get the owner to clear the rubbish.However up to this date nothing else has been done, the gentleman who rang seemed to think that if the owners refuse responsibilty then nothing else can be done to get them into action except to go to court-where proof may be required.i challenged the gentleman to ask owners for proof of the skip used when renovating the house- surely as long these guys can't prove what happened to their waste, that should be some form of evidence, not to mention evidence from the neighbours.
Awaiting to hear from the council.
Nothing has been done despite somebody from the council promising to get it sorted.Surely this isn't the sort of service we expect from the council, given the enormous sums of monies we pay in council tax.
