More bags mispresented

Once again, a lot of purple bags deposited on the pavement at this location. This is a continuing nuisance caused by the residents of the flats above. And as soon as bags are dumped here, more fly-tipping arrives.

This area is used as a continued dumping ground for rubbish, This morning there are 4 bags and two beds fly-tipped on the pavement at the foot of the stairs to the flats....
