Overgrown tree

Sent to Leeds City Council 1 minute later

The tree next to my house on council land is now overgrown. This blocks out my sunlight in the summer and also because of the branches overhanging, birds mess on my garden. I have a 2 year old child who needs a clean garden to play in. The tree also scrapes the buses which have to stop at the side of the tree where the bus stop is.

Ask the Council for a Vegetation Order, they will then need to assess the situation & probably remove the branches that overhang your property.

The whole area is untidy and overgrown. If this land is council owned then it should be tidied regular like the other grassy areas around the village. Is this council land?

This land is still untidy and overgrown - nobody has been to tidy it up.

Somebody has contacted me to say the land needs a vegetation order (10th May). The land is still untidy and overgrown.
