Can we have some Shrubs ?

As you drive into Perry Green there is a verg to the right hand side. (Where the signpost is) This is just a muddy mount in the winter and full of weeds in the summer. I have tried on several occasions to pull the weeds out but don't really think this is my job to be doing this. Can something be done to make it look nicer ?
