Cars parked on grass areas

At the place marked and at others on the same road, cars are parked on the grass areas destroying the grass and causing the area to turn to mud. in order for these vehicles to get on to the grass they have to mount the pavement and cross a footpath. this is not allowed under road traffic legislation so the police and the council should both get involved.
