Litter and dog fouling

I am a resident of Capsey road I walk my dog three times a day generally along the three ponds from my house to the end of Bewbush water gardens (if that is what you can call it) the litter is appalling there are at least three public bins that have not been emptied in months one adjacent to waterside close has had a bag of plastic bottles in it since December 2008. the ponds have an unbelievable amount of junk in them, cycles, shopping trolleys, scooters, hardcore plastic etc etc. the dog fouling is indeed not good i use the plentiful bins provided for which are incidentally kept very clean. i have also seen youths openly smoking drugs, riding unlicensed motorbikes and fishing where not allowed in the green areas the whole area where it is residential or close to residences looks like a complete tip it is unhygienic unsightly bad for the environment and expensive to clean up I’m totally fed up with this i pay well over a thousand pounds in council tax i have yet to see a clean up campaign, any of the local wardens in these areas (they go to the shops where there are already CCTV cameras) no local police officers, or PCSO officers. what is needed is some no tolerance policing of this give a few tickets out for this and is should get round and stop. It did in Reigate and Banstead where I am a police officer. I am more than happy to be contacted and take a council official around the area to show them what I am trying to point out.

the issues are exactly the same i have seen a council worker cleanig tghe bins on a littel red truck and they are better. but the other issues have not been addressed i diod not thbink it would be an easy fix. only yesterday evening the motorcycles were out and scared the wits out of a lady walking her baby, and today i witnessed a drug deal and then the four youths rolling the joint out on the ope with kids families and other members of the public just walking by. yes i know what i do for a living but i was off duty walking my dog and there was one of me and four of them.
