Bulky Items Not Being Collected

We have contacted the council on several occasions regarding bulky items to be picked up by our bins, but each time only part of the collection is completed. What then happens is other residents take it as a sign they can dump their rubbish in the same place. Can we please get one comprehensive pick up and we will monitor to ensure that people only leave items there once they have contacted the council. Thanks.
