Multiple potholes in Heath Moor Drive

Please can you fix the many potholes on Heath Moor Drive, Fulford, York? I appreciate that there are many areas in York that require attention. However, the pavements on Heath Moor Drive have recently been re-tarmaced when they seemed to be in a much better state of repair than the road surface.
