Traffic Light Sequence/Failure

Failure of traffic lights in northwards direction on A5. Either an (intentional?) change in sequence or failure has been causing severe congestion northwards for 4 days. No right filter on occasions and northwards traffic is restricted to 3 cars. Lack of right filter onto A5120 (Houghton Regis) is also causing cars to turn on red light.
