Bin Bags left on pavement

Yet again bin bags have been left on the pavement, and the seagulls have pecked the rubbish out all over the street.

This is a frequent problem outside this property - either the property owners need to be informed of the correct day to put their bags out, or the refuse collectors are missing them. Please assure us of your intention to find a permanent solution to this ongoing problem.
