Worn out road

What it says in the subject line really - the entire length of this street (I use the term loosely - cattle track may be more appropriate) has degraded to the point where even my off-road motorbike has trouble coping with the surface. Please don't try patching it up, as a main route for some big wagons it would get chewed up about thirty seconds after the cones were put away - a complete top-down strip & re-surfacing is in order.
