Uneven state of road

Previous utility excavations have sunk leaving a very uneven and rutted road surface which is uncomfortable to travel on and potentially dangerous.

The pavment otside my house is not even ,there was a lady that she felt and a partly blind gentelman walks with his dog most days ,and he have to be careful walking at that pavement !have reported few times but nothing has been done !
