Young golden labrador pup lives at no.44 being let out all the time unattended on the large piece of grass on the front where children always play pooing everywhere and not being cleaned up afterwards

dont think the problem is solved my daughter fell in the poo that nobody cleaned up afterwards it was all over her trousers and her hands
