Bus parked in Road

There is a large 16-20 seater Bus parked on the corner of the Close that seems to be parked here on a permanent basis. If not here its parked opposite 3 driveways causing access problems as well as people cutting the corner when they pull into the road. This happened to me today when I was driving out and its a real hazzard. I have spoken to 2 of the neighbours who wish for this to be moved and we have left a note on the window for it to be ignored.
