Damaged street light removed

The apparantly damaged street light outside 4 wren close was removed several weeks ago and has not been replaced . The stump around 3 feet high & probably with live wires inside has just been taped up. this has been reported to local council but response was "cant tell you when it will be done "

No response whatever from the council ,lack of light compromises safety & security as was the only light this end of the cul-de-sac.
