Reported in the Graffiti category by L Clark at 16:29, Sat 7 March 2009
Sent to Canterbury City Council 1 minute later

The Shelter on the Sea Front Western Esplanade has been graffitied. It also is extremely dirty and needs thorough cleaning both the Wood work and the glass. I am not sure if it is paint or wheather someone has wiped the dirt away but someone has written "I wish my wife was this dirty" on the glass. There is also black marks /paint

The shelter was visited and apart from a small amount of graffiti and some burnt perspex it was serviceable. Arrangements have been made with Serco to make good.

I have visited the said shelter and it appears in good working order, unless I have visited the wrong shelter. Perhaps you could contact us direct on 01227 862000 rather than using this website if there is still a problem.

Thank You

Thank you. I will visit it later today. The point of using this website is so that residents can follow the Councils action upon report of a problem. I will be very happy to ticked the "fixed" box when the problem has been fixed.

Thank you
