Potholes

I have reported this several times over recent months / years. Nothing has been done so far. Laurel Lane at the junction of the Queensway ansd down the centre line of the Queensway to the pedestrian crosssing a number of large potholes have been steadily getting bigger. When lorries and buses go past the house shakes and windows rattle.I,m currnetly seeking advice on who will be liable for any structural damage which will soon occur unless the problem is addressed.
