The Green parkland and play areas in this region are over run with Dogs. I have seen on a daily basis dogs running free and worrying CHILDREN who want to just play either football or cricket, basically any sport at all. Riding past on bike normally starts them off barking or chasing the bike. This is now ridiculous as we want our children to get out of the house and enjoy the limited open space we have, and not become a couch potatoe.I think it is time this stopped, if a Child ran upto another human being of any age that person would be concerned as to the intention so why should we have to endure this un wanted attention. With regards to the dogs mess, why cant the owner have them pass this in or on their own property with correct facilities. I had to endure a dog dropping diarrhea on the pavement right where my young Family enter the House. The Guy tried to collect it with a bag but it was useless. Owners should take care of these responsabilities and pay a yearly charge to contribute to cleaning and self monitoring. Dogs mess in general has risen in the location with few using the bins.
