Why do we not have a street cleaner any more our street looks terrible, right after the recycling and the bins are emptied. You know I try my best to keep clean my own area outside of my house. I sweep it my self but it doesn't stay like it for long because the other people don't do the same as me and their rubbish blows down the street. If you are not going to supply us with a street cleaner maybe the old bylaw should be reintroduced that all home should sweep the path and curb side out side their houses andwe should have a reduction the the poll tax. it would be nice if I could have a reply from you Many Thanks.
