Disposal of rubbish

The address is 51 Ramsgate Road, I would like to know when Thanet council is going to make this block of flats clean up their act! It is always a mess and a complete eyesore which is visible to anyone travelling on that road.

there appears to be a reluctance on the part of this council to enforce the law which is why margate is seen as such an easy option for law breakers, it starts with the little things!!
