Unofficial new rubbish tip

Sent to Islington Borough Council less than a minute later

Over last two weeks new large pile of various flytipping in corner of market stall holders carpark behind police station wall and below my roof terrace, caught someone in white car adding to heap this eve and shouted from window. police woman heard from yard and took my address, but flytipper had gone (ignored me)

still waiting for a response, pile of rubbish has got bigger, and big beautiful tree that was screening it has been removed
