Previously fixed potholes opening up again

There are a number of potholes on the North-West bound side of the road between the bus stop and the pedestrian crossing. These potholes were filled about 1 year ago but have opened up again.

They are still there and getting deeper. They are deep cracks, sharp enough to take out a cyclist if they don't know they are there. Surely Boris cycles down this road from his house when going into the city?
