Cars for sale on grass verge

We frequently have problems of cars for sale on the grass verges either side of the fire station and adjacent to the lower entrance to Homewood school. This is an obvious eyesore and is a safety issue since it blocks visibilty for cars leaving Homewood school. It does not reflect well on the area or school and sends a poor message to pupils as to what is acceptable behaviour. Currently their is a purple Puegeot 206 with blacked out windows parked on the verge.
