Dear sir i hope you can help, myself and neighbours are fed up the occupier of no 4 henry street cleator moor, i only know his first name which is norman !he is letting his 3 dogs foul continually on the green opposite henry street were my kids and others play,he has been asked many times to clean this dog mess up off myself and others but he does not, we just get a swear word as a reply, i have taken photos of which i will enclose in this e mail, thankyou liz mcdowell (1 henry street)i have already sent one photo but i hve enclosed another of one of the dogs actually fouling !!
