Is it possible to have this removed?

There are 3 dark green utility type boxes on the corner marked on map. These are outside our home, In the last 3 months the amount of graffiti has increased considerably, it is an eyesore.

Can these be cleaned up by the council, or do we have to contact someone else? Please provide contact if you can.

Response to my request was fair,within 3 weeks, the boxes were cleaned. But sadly fresh graffiti is starting to appear.
