My wife reorted a problem of someone tipping waste in black bin bags in the playing field on the top of orgill. this problem was sorted but since then more bags of waste have been dumped in the same field and some of it has been burnt but loads of rubbish remains tipped in the field.

this is the second time i have reported the same problem and on both occassions the council were quick at dealing with the problem
