I have spoken to the beat sweeper several times about this area. He tells me that as quickly as he cleans it litter reappears. I will ask the Extra Care cleansing team to include this area on their schedule but if local residents keep on littering the area what is the point? I would appreciate any comments or solutions about how we can overcome this problem. It is not just the Council's problem, it is local resident's responsibility too.

I see the Cllr's point, someone did come and clean up and an hour later the area was trashed again. Now two of the houses are empty and the entire rubbish from them in the street. lovely!
