Street Ballads

Reported in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 16:47, Thu 26 February 2009
Sent to Birmingham City Council 2 minutes later

Street ballads at the junction of Elan Road / Frankley Beeches Road have been vandalised, removed from their locations and left in the road. This has been the case for a number of weeks as of 25th February 2009. Ballads need to be refixed into position as this is a safety hazard.
