Safty for Lilliput Village Nursery children

Out side of Lilliput Village Nursery their is a small piece of land which is coved in grass, could their be pavement put in place. As a parents I would like to walk my child to the nursery as I live 10 minutes away. I have seen many parents having to walk in the road with young children and their pushchairs.I would like this to be looked into for the Health & Safety of the children & family's.
