Abandoned car?

There is a silver Polo car parked in front of our house. It has been here about 3 weeks. License plate is AU53 VRN. I don't think it belows to any of the neighbors, though I can't be 100% sure. It hasn't moved once during this time.

I received a response back within 2/3 days. However, on a second email I sent with a follow-up question, I received no response.
