2 x drainage holes in front of Flat 1, 119 Ladbroke Grove

Hi, i have just moved into the garden flat at 119 Ladbroke Grove, W11 1PG. on the pavement in front of it there are 2 drainage holes that are leaking into the old coal sheds that are now my property. This is due to the pothole covers being damaged. if replaced with tightly sealed ones, I do believe I will not have rainwater seeping through. Please have them replaced. I am a leaseholder but can get the property freeholders to also contact you if that is what you need to address this. Kind Regards
