Rubbish drop off point

Sent to Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council less than a minute later

I have just purchased the garden flat at 119 Ladbroke grove W11 1PG. I have realised that people from that building leave all their sacks of rubbish by a plane tree in front of the green gate which is the entrance to my garden (back entrance to my flat). There is a sign saying on which day the council makes collections but rubbish was there and plentiful on Sunday 22 Feb (next collection is Wednesday!). I would like to have this point moved further down the road where there are no dwellings and also to request coucil bins. I don't see why I pay over £1200 in council tax to have the street lined with unhygenic sacks of refuse which come apart and people use the spot to abandon all sorts of rubbish, broken glass, boxes, garden tip.

Please don't make my move to this new borough turn out to be unpleasant. The problem I'm reporting should be easy to fix. Kind regards I can/will attach a photo at a later date
