Traffic congestion

Traffic congestion caused by narrow road outside the shops on Parkgate. There is a layby outside the shops that take 4 cars and no layby on the other side - yet cars park on the opposite side causing the road to be thinned out so only 1 line of traffic can get through at a time - this is causing gridlock and traffic build up onto Mobberly road and over the bridge at the start of the industrial estate. It is also causing drivers to do a dangerous U TUrn onto Parkgate lane to turn around to drive back onto Mobberly road.
