Graffiti on boundary fence

Someone has sprayed unsightly graffiti on the boundary fence of Laurel Place in the position marked. Things would look better if you could arrange to have this removed.

Well guess what... Leeds City COuncil have surpassed themselves again. The graffiti is still there.
