Silver Street Goffs Oak,very near the stye to the playing fields.This could become dangerous to walk especially at night

Had a reply from Herts.C.C.but I think they have a problem not knowing which department should deal with this.

Having had a message from Highways to inform me they have examined the said hole,but now have to contact either Water/Gas board as manhole must beling to one of these!Since notification of approx two weeks,nothing has been done.
