Litter and Dumped Chrstmas Tree

Someone has dumped a Christmas tree in the ginnel on Baker Street.

In addition, litter -- much of it the result of the recycling collection on Monday -- is scattered down the alley. Neighbours and I have cleared some of the debris and on the street itself. Sorry to complain about this, but it's an ongoing problem every recycling week. Surely the bin men shouldn't be so haphazard. Thanks.

Neighbours cleared the tree but litter problems remain - usually after the bin men / recycling men have been!
