Road and Pavement works

All of the streets surrounding us are benefiting from resurfacing and replacement of pavements. Chantry Street has been omitted from this. I assume this is because of the fact that we are facing the school rebuilding works. having spoken to residents of the street we are concerned that we will be left out of this upgrading works and when we have finally got through the 3 years of disruption, noise and dirt from the rebuilding works then we will either be forgotten or else be told ther is no money left for our street to be upgraded like all the surrounding ones. This also applies to the trees which were removed from our street 4 years ago with a promise that they would be replaced, but never have been. As a resident of Chantry Street it would be really good to get some reassurance on this which i can share with the other residents of the Street. Many thanks
