Excessive littering

Sent to Amber Valley Borough Council less than a minute later

The roadside verges are heavily littered despite there being litter bins in two nearby lay-bys. One of the litter bins is has been ripped off its post and litter scattered around the lay-by twice this month. There are beer cans, and takeaway cartons fouling the pleasant countryside.
