Toilets Inconveniently Closed

For the last 2 weeks on a Saturday afternoon the public toilets at Charlotte Street Car Park have been closed prematurely before 5.30pm. This Saturday,14/02/09, shoppers were still streaming back to their cars and found the toilets shut. No way to treat the visitors to our city!
