Large amount of glass on path

Large amount of glass on path, i had to lift my 30kg dog over this for about 10 yards as there was no clean route.

I don't hold much faith in this site for cleaning up glass Im afraid. Ive logged 3 reports in the last month and none have been actioned (despite one being marked as fixed)
