Illegally parked cars on pedestrian pavement

For several years now a number of residents in Milner Road, Burnham are illegally parking vehicles across the pedestrian pavement. This is an offence under section 244 of the Highway Code Act and something needs to be done about it. Please can a sign be erected in Milner Road indicating that it is an offence.
