All the houses along this row which is 64 to 70 Victoria Road, with the exception of one, dispose of their rubbish in the most antisocial way every single week, without fail.

Clearly there is a need for enforcement/education but these notions remain foriegn to TDC

The problem is ongoing as there are always at least three propeties along this row with burst bags or other dubious contents in front yards.

continuous rubbish spilling into the street. rats running along pavements! saw a resident of flat open the window and just throw an open sack of rubbish on the floor. why won't the council do anything?

Call tdc 01843-57700 ask for environmental health enforcement they are obliged to send letters to householders warning them
