Car dumped with out of date tax disc

Ford Escort P855UAP has been dumped with 4 flat tyres for the last 6 weeks on the road. It now has a for sale sign on it with tax disc having expired 31/10/08

Car has now gone although I think that it has been sold rather than moved by police..
