Very large pot hole across the whole of 1 lane

Very large pot hole across the whole of 1 lane. Its at an entrance of a harcore materials yard too. Its been patched once - very badly - and is very deep. Will cause serious damage for cyclists, motorbikes and cars alike. Been like that for months. Thanks
