A damaged silver alfa romeo car registration:T199 LBU has been outside my house for 6 months, it has never been moved, the tax disc ran out 2 weeks ago.

Vehicle is not reported as stolen, the DVLA are showing a current VEL (tax) in force due to expire the end of this month.

What damage is present on the vehicle?
