This pile of rubbish remains, it's possible it is on private property but the need for guidelines in these cases is obvious and efforts to obtain it have come to nothing. Are we supposed to live with this??

The problem remains and no doubt it will remain in place as the council will consider this private property and there is no enforcement worth speaking of in this area.
