Illegal deposit of any waste onto land

Reported in the Flytipping category by Alice Parks at 14:24, Sun 8 February 2009
Sent to Lancaster City Council less than a minute later

Vacant land near the top of Meadow Street is used for fly tipping which is an eye sore. The Council allowed the boundary of this plot of land to be demolished which is now regularly used for rubbish to be dumped. There is broken glass and other waste which is a danger to young children. The Council need to regularly keep this land clear of rubbish.

Nothing has been done by the Council to clear this site of its rubbish. If this site was a few hundred yards nearer the Castle it would not have been allowed to have got into this state. People in this area are treated like second class citizens.
