The adverts around Lancaster for Ice Skating are still up - despite being reported on 22 January. Can action be taken now.

Apparently a letter was sent by the Council asking for the offender to take down the signs - but four weeks later some are still there so it was not followed up by any actual action. I've taken a few down myself
